Skeleton Rugby Shirt Design

The Skeleton Rugby Shirt Design was created by a team of medical students who wanted to create an idea or theme that represented them well. The X-Ray design of the rib cage has been perfectly achieved with sublimation. The beauty with sublimation is that you can re create ANY wild and wacky shirt design and you and your team mates can make a real statement on the rugby field.

The artwork image of your custom design rugby shirt is initially printed on coated heat-resistant transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design. This is then transferred onto moisture management polyester fabric in a heat press operating at a temperature around 180 to 210 degrees. The dye sublimation inks are a disperse dye suspended in a liquid solvent, like water. With sublimation the logo clarity achieved is very clear if good quality printers are used.
